About me

I am a curious person by nature, and love exploring the world through exposure to both new experiences and new ideas. I am always looking for ways to deepen my understanding of the human experience, and to this end, enjoy studying philosophy, psychology, and spirituality. Outside of work, I have many hobbies. I particularly enjoy the outdoors and physical activities such as CrossFit, backpacking, camping, stand up paddleboarding, gardening, and weightlifting. My journey to becoming a therapist has led me through a wide variety of life experiences, and this diversity of experience informs and enriches my therapeutic practice and relationship to healing and mental well-being.
